RETURNS POLICY

Adiveda Natural strives to offer the best aromatic experience. However, unless the products come damaged, we do not accept returns. Customers are advised to compulsorily shoot a video while opening the package containing perfumes on receiving and checking the products thoroughly (as a part of the video) and share with us in case of damaged goods via email. Kindly note that there is no refund on trial sets*.
 
REFUND POLICY

* Refund will only be initiated only after a thorough analysis by the customer service representatives of Adiveda Natural. The video mentioned above has to be shared. We follow this protocol to ensure that the clauses of return policy have adhered.
* Refunds are subjected to a reduction of the shipping cost as the shipping charge is non-refundable.
* Refunds are processed and executed within 5-7 business days, from the date of receipt of return/refund.
* In case of refund for Cash on Delivery order, it can be processed through a bank transfer only. You would require to share the bank details (in the name of the customer) on our email id- care@adivedanatural.com or adivedanatural@gmail.com.
 
Perfumes once delivered can't be returned or exchanged. Please note, in case of prepaid orders, if the buyer refuses to accept the order after shipping (for any reason), we shall be refunding the amount after deducting delivery charges.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY

The order can be cancelled before the goods are dispatched from our warehouse. However, if cancelled before, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund amount is subjected to a reduction of 2.5% gateway charge & the GST and refund the amount to the cardholder.
